1. The short version
- Free chapters have nothing to refund — they're free forever.
- Paid access: 7-day refund window from purchase, if you haven't consumed a material portion.
- Certification: refundable up to 48 hours before your scheduled interview.
- All refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
2. What “material portion consumed” means
We consider you to have consumed a material portion of a paid program if:
- You have marked more than 25% of that program's paid lessons as complete, or
- You have submitted a certification build for review, or
- You have attended a live cohort session for the program.
In these cases we offer a partial credit toward another NAX product instead of a full refund. We'd rather make it right than argue about it — email us.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@nax.com.my from the address you used to purchase, including your order ID and a short reason. Refund reasons help us improve — they are never used to deny a valid request within the policy window.
4. Exceptions
- Custom / Studio tier engagements are governed by their own service agreement.
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
- Refunds are not offered when the request is due to change of mind after passing the certification interview.
