NAX Academy is an independent, private skills learning platform. We are not a university, polytechnic, MQA-accredited institution, JPK/HRDC-certified centre, or any form of government accredited body. Our program is for practical up-skilling only.
1. What our certificate is
The NAX Skills Certificate is a private, industry-style recognition. It says: “This person shipped the required project, passed our written quiz, and satisfied our interviewer that they can do the work.” That's it — no more, no less.
2. What our certificate is not
- Not a diploma, advanced diploma, degree, or postgraduate qualification.
- Not accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), JPK, HRDC, or equivalent bodies in any country.
- Not recognised by any government agency for civil-service hiring, promotion, licensing, or visa purposes.
- Not a professional licence for medicine, law, engineering, accounting or any regulated profession.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Completing our chapters or earning a certificate does not guarantee a job, freelance client, income level, or promotion. Outcomes depend on your effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Case studies and testimonials in the handbook are individual results and are not typical.
4. Educational, not professional advice
Content in the handbook — including business, pricing, legal, tax, financial and health-adjacent examples — is for educational purposes only. It is not professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional (lawyer, accountant, doctor, financial advisor) before making a decision that depends on advice in a regulated area.
5. AI content and tools
Many lessons reference AI models and tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable, ByteDance Seedance). AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased or out of date. You are responsible for verifying anything you ship from an AI tool, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical use.
6. Third-party references
Product names, logos and brand marks belong to their respective owners. Any comparison, review or pricing shown is our editorial opinion at the time of writing and may change without notice. NAX Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any vendor unless explicitly stated.
7. Practical accreditation partnerships
Where we hold specific industry partnerships (for example, Official Lovable Solution Partner), that partnership relates to services offered by our parent company THEBRG Enterprise, and is not a government accreditation. We disclose partnership status transparently on the relevant page.
